I returned to my room and found my iPhone charger had vanished. The front desk staff didn't seem to care when I reported it. Thankfully, the manager took charge and helped me out. Just a shame about the others' indifference!

Located just one stop from Kyoto Station, it offered modern facilities, including a lovely public bath and spacious rooms. The helpful staff, especially Mr Kawai, turned around a mishap into a positive experience. Nearby attractions like the Kyoto Railway Museum made family outings easy, while the sauna and jacuzzi provided needed relaxation in a serene setting.

We loved staying in this hotel, it was modern and incredibly beautiful. Our standard quadruple room had a fridge, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. A bathtub in the lovely bathroom was super awesome. The location was nice and comfortable, just off center and most attractions, great value.

When we checked under the bed while packing, we found a surprising amount of dust and some forgotten items. The room looked clean, but it felt like the cleaning staff missed that spot, which was a bit disappointing.

Indulging in the hotel's diverse dining options is a must! I particularly enjoyed yakinku and the craft brewery. Their flavors had us coming back for more. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a feast, mixing Kyoto Obanzai with classic American dishes! The room was spacious, with a fine city view and plenty of charging ports.
Getting to the bus stop was a bit of a trek, and lord help you if you need to do laundry! The four machines were always booked up. Still, the refreshing hot baths and modern amenities made up for the inconvenience. It was a good stay!

This hotel is just one train station from Kyoto station.
While our room was spacious and clean, I was disappointed to find a large amount of dust under the bed, made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping. We faced challenges regarding laundry facilities. There weren't enough machines available, leading to long waits. Finally, it was difficult to find dinner options nearby after returning from our outings.

The value for money was fantastic, and our room felt spacious and well-designed for the whole family.
Breakfast offerings could use some fresh fruit options.

The Luxury Quadruple Room was bright, clean, and family-friendly. The rooftop lounge offered amazing views that we loved. Breakfast had a great spread, mixing Japanese and Western options. My kids enjoyed it as much as I did. Staff members were helpful, explaining the Japanese breakfast traditions clearly. Despite being right next to the Kyoto Station and the Railway Museum, the area is quiet and peaceful. On the downside, I wish they had more kids' options for breakfast. The on-site washing machines were limited to only four, leading to long waits at times. Overall though, the beauty of the hotel and the warm atmosphere were great.
